Shark Bait - the investment advisor software - was created by a professional real estate broker and foreclosure investor who wanted to give himself an edge over the competition. In 2002, CRS Data Solutions acquired Shark Bait & PropVest and continues to provide these real estate software products to home buyers, brokers and investors who want an advantage and edge over their competition.
